日本炎症・再生医学会雑誌 “炎症・再生”投稿規定
本誌は,炎症,再生医学に関する,原著,総説,速報・短報,症例報告,治療薬・治療法評価等の論文を掲載します.
投稿論文の掲載の可否は,本誌編集委員会で検討し決定いたします.その際,原稿内容がヒトあるいはヒト由来の試料を対象とした臨床的研究の場合には,ヘルシンキ宣言(2000年10月修正)に則ったものであることを求めます.さらには,被験検者側とのinformed concentを達成していることを前提とします.また,最近関連各誌の間で二重投稿の問題が生じております.下記のごとき誓約書(見本)を作成しましたので,印刷を行い,これにて指定項目に記載・捺印して,原稿と同封のうえお送り下さい.

1.執筆要領(論文記載の順序,形式などは以下の要領でお書き下さい.)
(1)タイトル頁 論文名,ランニングタイトル(25字以内),著者名,所属機関および所在地,筆頭者または連絡者のE-mailアドレスを記載して下さい.
(2)英文要旨 別紙に英文標題,英文著者名(名,姓の順序),英文所属,英文キーワード(5個以内),英文サマリー(200語以内)をつけて下さい.
なお,英文論文の場合は,native speakerの校閲を受けてから投稿して下さい.
(3)本  文 原稿は,楷書,ひらがな,横書きにして下さい.原著は,緒言,方法,結果,考察の順に記載する一般の方式を採用することを原則とします.総説の形式は,一般の総説の形式とします.速報,症例報告,くすり欄,話題欄については,原稿枚数の項を参照して下さい.外国人名,薬名は原語綴りとし,論文中に繰り返される語は,初出の時に略語を括弧書きし,その後は略語で記述して下さい.
(4)図,表,写真,シェーマ
  必ず説明文を付し,その冒頭には各々タイトルを記して下さい.
図,表,シェーマは刷り上り時6.5cm四方を基準とし,各1枚につき原稿用紙1枚分に換算します.
(5)文  献 記載順は引用順とし,本文中に肩付き番号を付して下さい.
文献は必要最少限(原著は15〜20厳守,総説は30前後)にし,雑誌は“全著者名:論文名,誌名,巻:頁−頁,発行年”の順に,単行本は“著者名:書名,発行所,発行地,発行年,頁−頁”の順に記載して下さい.誌名は慣用の略称を用いて下さい.

2.原稿枚数 (表参照)
本誌1頁は400字詰原稿用紙1枚に相当します.制限枚数を厳守して下さい.
また,邦文原稿の場合は,ワープロ等を使用の場合は,1枚=20字詰20行で打ち,行間を充分にあけて下さい.また極力,フロッピー・ディスク(テキストファイル形式,OS名:Windows,DOS-V,Macintoshの別を明記)を添付して下さい.但し,英文論文投稿の場合は,英文投稿規定を学会事務所に請求して下さい.
原  著 原稿枚数20枚以内
総  説 原稿枚数25〜30枚
速報・短報 オリジナルの研究,仮説等の速報.本文,文献,図表,写真等合計して原稿用紙7枚まで.
症例報告 原稿枚数20枚以内.但し,図表,シェーマ,写真,文献を含みます.
また,別紙としての英文要旨(200語以内)および英文タイトル,英文キーワード5個,英語による執筆者の所属・氏名(ローマ字)を付して下さい.
くすり欄 原稿枚数30枚以内.本欄は原則的には,二重盲験比較試験法による薬剤の評価原著論文を採用します.本欄は英文要旨(200語以内)・タイトル・キーワード(5個以内)・所属・氏名(ローマ字)をそれぞれ必要とします.
話題欄 海外文献の読後感,学会印象記,研究概説,医学雑感等.原稿用紙5枚以内.

3.論文の受理,採否,掲載料および別刷
(1)原稿部数 必ず正1通,副3通(コピーでも可)の計4通(査読用を含め)をお送り下さい.
(2)投稿論文の表記
  各原稿の第1ページには「原著」「症例報告」「速報」「くすり欄」等を左肩上に朱書し,論文名,筆者名,所属施設名(フルネームで)を明記して下さい.
(3)論文の採否 本誌編集委員2名の査読を経て決定されます.採否は,学会事務局より書面にて通知致します.
(4)掲載料および別刷代
  本誌への掲載は,本学会員・非学会員を問わず掲載料をいただきます.掲載料は,刷り上り1頁につき実費をいただき,原稿枚数超過料は1頁につき会員,非会員を問わず35,000円と致します.薬剤評価論文(くすり欄掲載)については,特別掲載料を申し受けます.
但し本学会による依頼原稿は無料とします.
掲載論文の別刷は50部単位で実費をいただきます.但し,依頼原稿は30部無料です.

Instructions for Authors
 
 
Scope of the Inflammation and Regeneration
 The editor of Inflammation and Regeneration welcomes original and innovative submission in English in the field of inflammation and regeneration from both members and non-members of the Japanese Society of Inflammation and Regeneration.
 
Types of manuscript
 The Journal publishes Editorials, Full Papers, Notes, Rapid Communications, Case Reports, Clinical Drug Evaluations, Reviews and Mini-Reviews. The submitted manuscript will be reviewed by two or more referees with the exception for the limited invited articles.
1) Full Papers:New, significant, innovative and original findings are suitable as Full papers.
2) Notes: Papers containing new reproducible facts and important data obtained from partial studies are suitable for Notes.
  The papers should not exceed 4 printed pages.
3) Rapid Communications:Papers containing new and important findings that are adequate for urgent publication in the
  Journal will bereviewed by the Editor. An explanatorystatement forurgent publication is necessary from the corresponding
  author. The papers should not exceed 2 printed pages.
 When reporting animal experiments, indicate whether the experiments were carried out according to the Institution's
Guidelines for Laboratory Animals.
4) Case Reports and 5) Clinical Drug Evaluation:When reporting experiments on human subject, indicate
  whether the procedures followed were in accord with the ethical standards of the responsible institutional or regional
  committee on human experimentation or in accord with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975 as revised in 1983. Do not use
  patient names or initials or hospital names in the manuscript.
6) Reviews and Mini-Reviews:The editor will invite authors to write Reviews or Mini-Reviews. These Reviews encompass
  recent important scientific discoveries and theories.
 
Submission of manuscript
 All manuscripts (one original and three sets of the copies complete with four sets of Figure(s) and Table(s)) together with Declaration should be submitted to:

together with a cover letter in which the corresponding author indicates the type of manuscript (Full Paper, Note, etc.).  
  After the decision of acceptance of the submitted manuscript, the editor will notify to the corresponding author to send one MO disc in which corrected Text, Table(s), Figure legend(s) and Figure(s) are copied, together with two sets of the printed manuscript.
  Submitted manuscript and disc will not be returned to the author. Thus, the authors should keep the original copy.
 
Manuscript preparation for Full Papers, Notes and Rapid Communications
1. Manuscript form All manuscripts should be typewritten in English with double spacing on A4-size white paper.
1-1. Title page The title page (page 1) should start from the type of manuscript (Full Paper, Note, etc.), the title, name(s) of the author(s) and affiliation, mailing address, and the short running title. The title should contain no more than 150 characters and should not consist of a sentence (statement or conclusion) or be interrogative. The short running title should contain no more than 50 characters. An asterisk (*) should be added to the right of the corresponding author's name. For the contribution from Japan, the corresponding author's name and address in Japanese characters should be written in pencil on the right corner of this page. At the bottom left, the address, telephone and fax numbers and E-mail address should be given below one short horizontal line.

1-2. Abstract page Abstract page (page 2) should contain an abstract of less than 250 words for Full Papers, and 100 words for Notes and Rapid communications. It should be self-explanatory and intelligible without reference to the body of the paper. Five keywords should also appear in the bottom of this page.
1-3. Main text Introduction (page 3), Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgements including notice to grant support, References, and Footnote if any, should be presented in this order for Full Papers. In case of Notes and Rapid Communications, results and discussion should be combined to Results and Discussion. Table(s), Figure legend(s), and Figure(s) should be collected at the end, each on separate sheet.
All pages should be numbered consecutively on the top center of each sheet.
2. Figures Submitted Figure(s) will directly be used in the printed version of the Journal. Letters, numbers and symbols should be clear when reduced to the size for this Journal. Figure legend(s) should be typed on separate sheet. Each Figure should be printed on each separate sheet. Figure(s) should be numbered in the order in which they are cited in the text, and figure number(s) should be printed on the top right corner. On the back of each Figure, top author's name, figure number, and an arrow indicating top direction should be marked.
3. Tables Table(s) should be prepared so that they are self-explanatory. No vertical lines should be used to set columns apart. Table legend(s) should be typed under the body in the same sheet. Table(s) should be numbered in the order in which they are cited in the text. Each Table should be printed on each separate sheet.
4. Abbreviations Abbreviations must be spelled out in full at their initial appearance, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. Thereafter, the abbreviation may be employed. Some commonly used abbreviations such as “ATP, DNA, RNA, cAMP, IC50, LD50, ml, μg, mol, h, min, s, mM, mg/dl, kDa, Bq, cpm, %, S.E., S.D., p, etc.”may be used.
5. References References in the text should be numbered in the order of appearance. Each number is to be positioned after the last relevant word with a right-half parenthesis mark, All references should be collected be together, and listed in the References section of the paper.

Copyright
 Authors must send Declaration together with manuscript. After acceptance of the manuscript for publication in the Inflammation and Regeneration, the Journal will grant authors to use portions of their manuscript, without charge, in books or articles of which they are authors or editors under the condition to cite author(s)' name(s), volume, page and year of the Inflammation and Regeneration.
